A patient satisfaction survey is given to patients after receiving care, and these surveys provide Fairmount with important feedback regarding our services. The survey asks patients to score the statements related to the care they received on a 1 – 5 scale, with 5 = strongly agree and 1 = strongly disagree. Here’s how patients rated us in April 2018:
