At Fairmount Behavioral Health System we fully integrate our patients’ physical health into their behavioral health treatment plan.
Treatment for Medical Issues
We provide our own medical services under the supervision of Dr. Kem Yenal, our medical director of family practice medicine. Dr. Yenal provides direct supervision of our advanced practice providers (e.g., nurse practitioners, physician assistants).
Our Family Medicine service provides care for most acute and chronic medical conditions. We can also do blood/laboratory testing, STI testing, EKGs and limited radiological studies. Qualified medical specialists may be requested to consult on the care of any patient with specific medical needs.
